NOT A GYM COMPANY 提供個人化的健身體驗，由我們的星級教練為客戶訂製 1:1 或 1:2 的訓練課程及每週餐單，我們會因應客戶當前的訓練水平及身體健康限制作出調整。除了課堂中指導學生外，我們期望提供24/7的教練服務，教練會於課堂外與學生緊密溝通，解決學生日常訓練問題，幫助大家保持積極性，朝著實現健身目標努力邁進。

NOT A GYM COMPANY provides personalized fitness experiences. Our expert fitness coaches will customize 1:1 / 1:2 training programs and weekly meal plans for clients. Coaches will make adjustments to the programs based on clients' current training abilities and health conditions. In addition to guiding clients during training sessions, our fitness coaches will also provide 24/7 coaching services. Coaches will communicate closely with clients to solve any difficulties during clients' off-session training to help them stay motivated toward achieving their fitness goals.
